Registration includes fully furnished 10’x10’ booth complete with 8’ high draped back wall, 3’ high draped side walls, one skirted table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for an added $20 per table and $5 per chair (plus HST).

Terms and Conditions
  • Reservations for the Milk Sport Fair  will be on a first come first serve basis.
  • All booth spaces allotted will be decided by the Sport Nova Scotia Staff; however we will try and accommodate booth space preferences to the best of our ability.
  • All exhibitors must have insurance for their demonstration / exhibit area  for the Milk Sport Fair event dates, May 9th to 11th, 2018
  • Exhibits must remain open and staffed for the duration of the scheduled event.
  • Exhibitors may arrive and set up on Tuesday, May 8th at 1:00pm.
  • Booth tear-down and departure is to begin at 1:00pm on Friday, May 11thh, 2018.
  • Once an exhibitor booth registration has been received, any exhibitor who subsequently decides for any reason to withdraw from the Milk Sport Fair shall immediately inform the Sport Nova Scotia, Sport Project Coordinator in writing and shall be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:
    • Cancellations received on or before 14 days before the event – 25% of the amount due is payable.
    • Cancellations received on or after 13 days before the event – 50% of the amount payable.
