Sport Nova Scotia is proud to announce that the December Cleve’s Source for Sports Impact Award recipient is Ashton Hawley, who won in the male athlete category.

Male Athlete: Ashton Hawley, Athletics

Achievements: At the Athletics Nova Scotia Last Chance meet held in November 2025, Ashton Hawley of Inverness County Athletics broke three provincial records across the 60m, Tetrathlon and 300m. While setting these records Ashton shaved 0.18 seconds off his 60m and 2.5 seconds off his 300m, and received 240 points above the previous tetrathlon record. Ashton’s results from the Last Chance meet place him high in the U14 national rankings, including 1st in Tetrathlon, 1st in 300m, 2nd in 600m and 4th in the 60m.
