Each month, Cleve’s Source for Sports Impact Awards honour Nova Scotia’s top amateur athletes, coaches and volunteers for their notable impact on the game.
All winners receive a plaque and a $50 gift certificate from Cleve’s Source for Sports. Plaques will be distributed annually. The winners will be announced on Sport Nova Scotia’s website, social media, and shared with news media and external mailing lists.
Nominations must be for an athlete, coach, or volunteer who participates in a sport that is a recognized Sport Nova Scotiamember and must be amateur in status as defined by their provincial sport organization. Awards are open to individuals who participate, coach or volunteer in a Nova Scotian or Canadian sport at the club, provincial, national and/or international level. High school and/or post-secondary school sport does not qualify. Only performance and contributions that take place during the month of nomination will be considered.
