In order to apply for funding, you must either log in to your existing Sideline account with the PSO that will be endorsing your application OR create a new account with the PSO.  If you are not logged in with a PSO user account, the PSO may not be able to endorse your application, and you will  not be able to access it once it’s submitted – as a result you will not be able to fill in your required final report.
