Coach: John Paul Primeau

Achievements: Halifax’s John Paul Primeau has been a dedicated member of the weightlifting community in Nova Scotia for many years, both as an athlete and coach.

John Paul created an inclusive and welcoming environment while working at GoodLife Park Lane, and when that location closed John Paul worked to ensure that his athletes’ progress and training routines could go as unaffected as possible. He quickly secured a new space for his athletes to train and maintained consistent support by offering both in-person coaching and online guidance through the duration of this process. His dedication allowed athletes to continue their training seamlessly and reinforced the stability and trust he provides as a coach.
